Leader 96 approached the design agency where I was part of the creative team, seeking a website redesign. The client already had a well-established brand identity, including colors, typography, graphic elements, and imagery, providing a solid foundation for the redesign. The project was coordinated by a project manager, ensuring smooth communication and workflow with the client.
Although the brand identity was strong, the website did not effectively meet the needs of the target audience. The user flow was cumbersome, and the interface lacked the engagement needed to capture visitors’ attention and guide them through the product catalog.
Within the agency team, I led the design efforts for the website. Leveraging the client-provided brand assets, I crafted an engaging and visually appealing interface that emphasized the elegance and quality of the bikes. I focused on creating a pleasant, intuitive, and useful browsing experience, enhancing the user flow while maintaining brand consistency. Collaboration with the project manager ensured alignment with client expectations and project timelines.
The redesigned website successfully directed users’ attention to the bikes’ sophisticated design and guaranteed quality. Navigation became seamless, and the browsing experience was both enjoyable and effective. As a result, the client saw a significant increase in sales and stronger engagement with their product catalog.
