KFC Bulgaria approached the design agency where I was part of the creative team for a website redesign. The existing site was built on a platform that offered limited flexibility, which meant that the overall structure of the pages had to be largely maintained. The project was coordinated by a project manager, ensuring smooth workflow and client communication.
The main challenge was to improve the user experience and visual appeal within the constraints of the existing platform. With the page structure mostly fixed, the redesign needed to focus on enhancing usability, clarity, and overall design quality, while still adhering to the brand guidelines.
Within the agency team, I contributed mainly to the UI design and provided UX input to optimize user flow and interaction. I refined the visual language, worked on layout improvements, and ensured consistency with KFC’s brand identity. My focus was to create an engaging, modern, and user-friendly interface that would enhance the customer’s browsing experience, even within the structural limitations of the existing platform.
The redesign successfully improved the website’s visual appeal and usability, delivering a clean, modern, and engaging user interface. Although the project ultimately was not launched publicly, it remains a strong demonstration of UX/UI design solutions within restrictive platform constraints.
