In 2022, ALL-U-RE approached the design agency where I was part of the creative team for a website redesign. The brand’s website offered premium fashion products but struggled to effectively communicate its high-end identity and provide a seamless user experience. The project was coordinated by a project manager, ensuring smooth client communication and a structured workflow.
The main issue was the website’s inability to showcase premium products effectively and provide intuitive navigation. Users struggled to find the items they wanted, resulting in high drop-off rates and low conversion. The goal was to create a website that not only presented the products elegantly but also offered a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Within the agency team, I was responsible for the full design process. I worked closely with the project manager, who oversaw the workflow and client communications. I created a detailed and logically structured sitemap to ensure clarity and flow, then developed a modern, clean UI that balanced functionality with aesthetics. Each page was designed to deliver an engaging and intuitive user experience while following the project plan and timeline managed by the PM.
The redesigned website improved product presentation, simplified navigation, and significantly increased conversions. Users could easily find the items they were looking for and enjoy a seamless shopping experience, which boosted both sales and customer satisfaction.
